ميزان تطبيق يطوّره مطوّر مستقل ("نحن")، ويُقدَّم عبر Apple App Store. للتواصل: mizaanapplication@gmail.com.
ميزان تطبيق لتخطيط التغذية وتتبّع الطعام. يبني خطة يومية محسوبة من معادلات علمية منشورة (طولك، وزنك، عمرك، نشاطك، وهدفك)، ويعرض قيماً غذائية مصدرها دراسات وقواعد بيانات موثّقة ومرخّصة — لا أرقام مُخترعة. يتضمن أيضاً مساعداً بالذكاء الاصطناعي (ميزة اشتراك) يجيب عن أسئلتك ويعدّل خطتك بناءً على طلبك.
يطرح ميزان أثناء الإعداد أسئلة فحص أساسية (الحمل، أمراض مزمنة، تاريخ اضطراب الأكل، العمر) ويرفض تقديم خطة لمن لا تناسبهم — لكن هذا الفحص لا يغني عن تقييم طبي حقيقي، وهو حد يعرفه ميزان عن نفسه صراحة.
ميزان مخصص للبالغين (18 سنة فأكثر) فقط. باستخدامك التطبيق، فإنك تقرّ بأنك تبلغ 18 عاماً فأكثر.
ميزان لا يتطلب إنشاء حساب. كل بياناتك (جسمك، خطتك، سجلك) تبقى على جهازك، وأنت المسؤول عن نسخها احتياطياً أو حفظها إن أردت.
يشمل ذلك الرسائل التي تكتبها للمساعد، والصور التي ترسلها له عبر ميزة "سجّل بصورة"، والأطعمة التي تضيفها بأرقامك الخاصة. أنت المسؤول عن دقّة ما تُدخله — ميزان لا يتحقق من صحة الأطعمة التي تضيفها بنفسك ويعرضها دائماً بعلامة واضحة تبيّن أنها من إدخالك. باستخدامك المساعد، فإنك تمنحنا إذناً بمعالجة رسائلك وصورك (وإرسالها إلى مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي) لغرض واحد فقط: توليد ردّ لك — انظر سياسة الخصوصية للتفاصيل.
يُمنع استخدام المساعد لأي غرض غير مشروع، أو لمحاولة استخراج تعليماته الداخلية، أو لإساءة استخدامه بما يتجاوز الغرض الذي صُمم له (تخطيط وتتبّع الطعام). قد نقيّد أو نوقف وصولك إلى ميزة المساعد في حال إساءة الاستخدام أو تجاوز حدود الاستخدام المعقول.
بعض الميزات (المساعد الكامل، وضع المخزون، وميزات أخرى موسومة) قد تكون مقيّدة للمشتركين. عند تفعيل الاشتراكات:
تصميم التطبيق وشيفرته البرمجية ومحتواه (باستثناء الأطعمة التي تُدخلها أنت ورسائلك للمساعد) مملوكة لنا. القيم الغذائية المعروضة مصدرها دراسات وقواعد بيانات مرخّصة (CC0 أو CC-BY)، ومصادرها موثّقة داخل التطبيق في شاشة "المصادر والتراخيص".
يُقدَّم ميزان "كما هو". نبذل جهداً حقيقياً لضمان دقّة الأرقام الغذائية بالاستناد إلى مصادر موثّقة، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّ كل رقم من الخطأ، ولا ملاءمة الخطة لظروفك الصحية الفردية.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية أو خاصة، بما في ذلك أي قرار غذائي أو صحي تتخذه بناءً على معلومات من التطبيق. وفي جميع الأحوال، إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك عن أي مطالبة القيمة التي دفعتها لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة لتلك المطالبة، أو ما يعادل 20 ديناراً أردنياً إن لم تكن قد دفعت شيئاً. لا شيء في هذه الشروط يحدّ من مسؤولية لا يجوز تحديدها بموجب القانون المعمول به، بما في ذلك أي مسؤولية عن الغش، أو الإهمال الجسيم، أو الوفاة، أو الإصابة الجسدية الناتجة عن إهمالنا، حيثما يحظر القانون تحديد هذه المسؤولية.
أنت توافق على تعويضنا والدفاع عنا وإبراء ذمتنا من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو التزامات معقولة تنشأ عن استخدامك للتطبيق بما يخالف هذه الشروط، أو عن انتهاكك لأي قانون معمول به، أو عن دقّة أي معلومات تُدخلها بنفسك في التطبيق.
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام ميزان في أي وقت بحذف التطبيق. يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى ميزة المساعد في حال إساءة استخدامها.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. استمرارك في استخدام ميزان بعد نشر تحديث يُعدّ موافقة على الشروط الجديدة.

Mizaan is a nutrition-planning and food-tracking app. It builds a daily plan computed from published scientific equations (your height, weight, age, activity, and goal), and shows nutrition values sourced from documented, licensed studies and databases — never invented figures. It also includes an AI assistant (a subscription feature) that answers questions and adjusts your plan on request.
Mizaan asks basic screening questions during setup (pregnancy, chronic conditions, disordered-eating history, age) and refuses to build a plan for people it isn't appropriate for — but this screening is not a substitute for a real medical evaluation, and Mizaan says so plainly.
Mizaan is for adults (18 and older) only. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Mizaan doesn't require creating an account. All your data (body profile, plan, history) stays on your device, and you're responsible for backing it up if you want to keep it.
This includes messages you write to the assistant, photos you send it through the "Log with a photo" feature, and foods you add with your own figures. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — Mizaan doesn't verify foods you add yourself, and always displays them with a clear "added by you" mark. By using the assistant, you grant us permission to process your messages and photos (including sending them to our AI provider) for one purpose only: generating a reply to you — see the Privacy Policy for details.
You may not use the assistant for any unlawful purpose, to try to extract its internal instructions, or to misuse it beyond its intended purpose (food planning and tracking). We may restrict or suspend your access to the assistant feature in cases of abuse or unreasonable use.
Some features (the full assistant, pantry mode, and other marked features) may be restricted to subscribers. When subscriptions are enabled:
The app's design, code, and content (excluding foods you enter yourself and your messages to the assistant) belong to us. Displayed nutrition values are sourced from licensed studies and databases (CC0 or CC-BY), documented in-app under "Sources & Licences".
Mizaan is provided "as is". We make a real effort to keep nutrition figures accurate by relying on documented sources, but we don't guarantee every figure is free of error, or that the plan is suitable for your individual health circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including any dietary or health decision you make based on information from the app. In all cases, to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the equivalent of JOD 20 if you have paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, where the law prohibits limiting such liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any reasonable claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the app in violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or the accuracy of any information you enter into the app yourself.
You may stop using Mizaan at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the assistant feature if it's misused.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Mizaan after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
